Since inception, GR77 has participated in a number scientific research projects and has focused on translating the findings of their research into training programs for the Department of Defense, the United States Army, and other governmental agencies. Current contracts include providing a state of the art Learning Management System for the United States Park Police. In 2007, GR77 was awarded a Small Business Innovative Research Grant by the Department of Defense and was cited for making substantial contributions to the body of knowledge relative to worldwide Stability Security, Transition and Reconstruction (SSTR) operations that has evolved into the basis of the newly released US Army Field Manual (FM 3-07, Stability Operations). The GR77 solution included training courses authored by GR77 and applicable to training personnel from Government, DOD, Non Government Organizations (NGO’s), Multinational Forces(MF’S) and Private Sector Companies ranging from basic online training to highly interactive online training, and serious games.

GR77 core products are instructional & training products, including the development of Serious Games, language translation & interpretation and human engineering services for the Corporate, Education, Government, and Department of Defense sectors. It also provides business planning solutions, professional development, and research for hire, while remaining committed to high quality, high tech educational product design, development and delivery.

The company's core competencies are derived from its ability to attract and maintain highly skilled and qualified researchers and faculty to develop and deliver training programs, e-learning courses, face to face courses, and seminars for the private sector, as well as Department of Defense and Government Agencies involved in Stability, Security, Transition, and Reconstruction Operations(SSTR) after manmade and natural disasters.

GR77 develops strategic partnerships with high tech education delivery leaders and intends to build its business on a solid customer base of DoD, Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Multinational Forces (MNFs), and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) with the need for Human Factors Education and Training Solutions as they move to meet the expanding need for collaboration and cooperation during disaster relief and post military conflict SSTR Operations. The educational solutions will range from internet-based, SCORM compliant, portable, delivery systems, to serious games, to in-house and face to face delivery.
